Question 1

What is FuelMatix?

Accepted Answer

FuelMatix is a connected fuel station automation system for dispensers, underground tanks, tank lorries and business software.

Question 2

How does the automatic nozzle controller work?

Accepted Answer

It links each dispenser to the FuelMatix platform, records every transaction automatically and lets authorised staff control sales in real time.

Question 3

What is an Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG)?

Accepted Answer

An ATG measures the fuel and water levels in your underground tanks around the clock. You can track stock, catch abnormal loss and plan the next delivery.

Question 4

How can FuelMatix improve station operations?

Accepted Answer

It cuts manual recording, ties sales to stock and gives managers and owners up-to-date figures at any time.

Question 5

Is FuelMatix difficult to integrate?

Accepted Answer

No. Our team first looks at your existing equipment and how the station runs, then plans the installation and setup around that.

Question 6

What support is available after installation?

Accepted Answer

We guide the installation, train your staff and keep technical support running for the hardware and software afterwards.

Question 7

Does FuelMatix support compliance and reporting?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The system keeps a record of daily operations, and FuelMatix software handles business and VAT reports.

Question 8

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Call 09 640 640 640 or message 01540728282 on WhatsApp. Our team will discuss your station and recommend the right setup.

Question 9

How much does FuelMatix cost?

Accepted Answer

The price depends on station size, how many dispensers, tanks and vehicles are connected, and which software modules you need. Contact us for a quote.
